At Bits and Pieces, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted from upcycled materials. Because of the unique nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are part of their charm.

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

3. Proof of purchase is provided

4. Item is not marked as final sale

Non-Exchangeable Items

1. Custom or personalized pieces

2. Sale or discounted items

3. Items damaged due to misuse
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

1. Order number

2. Clear photos of the item

3. Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or store credit after review.

Exchange Process

1. Email us to initiate exchange.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to the provided return address.

3. After quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement.

Shipping costs for exchanges:

Customer bears return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
