Return and Exchange

​​We want you to love every piece you receive from Bits and Pieces—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, just email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
   

Exchanges
Need a different style or changed your mind? We’re happy to offer exchanges (subject to availability). Just contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you find something you love.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect each piece before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 3 days of receiving your package, and we’ll make it right—on us.
